Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of ICI Risk Management, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

ICI Risk Management provides professional security and risk management services including but not limited to:

• Elite guarding services
• VIP protection
• Undercover operations
• Forensic investigations
• Handwriting and signature analysis
• Pre-employment screening
• Security consulting and risk assessments

3. Client Obligations

As a client of ICI Risk Management, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Cooperate with our security personnel and follow security protocols
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Notify us immediately of any security concerns or incidents
• Respect the confidentiality of security procedures and information

4. Service Standards

ICI Risk Management commits to providing services in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations. All our security personnel are PSIRA registered and undergo regular training. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive information exchanged during the course of service provision. This includes security arrangements, investigation findings, and any proprietary information.

6. Liability and Indemnification

While ICI Risk Management takes all reasonable precautions in service delivery:

• We cannot guarantee absolute prevention of all security incidents
• Our liability is limited to the value of services provided
• Clients agree to indemnify ICI against claims arising from client's negligence
• Force majeure events release both parties from obligations

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms include payment within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of contract, illegal activities, or non-payment. Termination does not release payment obligations for services already rendered.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation and, if necessary, arbitration under South African law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in South African courts.

11. Amendments

ICI Risk Management reserves the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
